Terms & Conditions

Orders

We accept orders worldwide.

We will confirm your order by e-mail with the total cost including delivery charges. We will always endevour to dispatch your order within 3 working days and will email you to confirm dispatch. In the unlikely event of us not being able to dispatch your order within 3 days we will keep you advised of progress by e-mail.

All payments online are taken securely through our third party payment gateway at PayPal.  We will never at any time have access to your credit card information.

Faulty products/unsatisfactory product -

SkinCeuticals are dedicated to developing the highest quality products on the market.  Although rare, SkinCeuticals would wish to investigate any adverse or allergic reactions that may occur.  In order to better facilitate these investigations we would ask you to complete a ‘patient allergic reaction form’ which can be obtained by emailing carole@tlcbeautyclinic.co.uk

Each product must be at least ¾ full and must accompany this form to receive credit. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

Susan Posnick -  If you receive a Colorflo with a defective brush - it is rare, but may happen - we will happily exchange it.  Return it to us, noting the problem and we will send out a replacement.
 
If there is an allergic reaction - of which Susan Posnick have had only three - and it happened within three days - return it to us, noting the problem and we will send a refund

WE WILL SEND NO REPLACEMENT WITHOUT RECEIPT OF PROBLEM MERCHANDISE.
